spinach leaves

banana

feijoa flesh

lemon Juice

ice cubes

Spinach leaves: You can use any green leafy vegetables such as kale. You can also use frozen spinach.

Banana: This smoothie is best if you use a frozen banana.

lemon Juice: This can be substituted for lime juice

Water: If you want a sweeter smoothie this can be substituted for apple juice.
